I have 3 Years of Experience in TCS and I got B, A, A bands continuously.Current Grade is C3A & Am I eligible for C3B Promotion this year?

i was promoted to C3B from C3A in december 2024 after completing around 2.9 years in TCS. Even You were eligible for that as we have same experience. Go a head and ask for promotion
