Trending @Accenture; I have 3.7 yrs exp and got an offer frm deloitte with ctc 21lpa.Considering work pressure should i accept the offer?

I am currently with 15.7 lpa in accenture ( fixed 13lpa). Should I search other opportunities as well with better package or for companies with better work life balance. Please suggest
