I have 2 years of experience in tcs
1st year I have received C Band, 2nd Year I have received D Band I have not been working in Project, I was in bench, 2 years, I have a multiple skills, but Based up on my skills I have not received Project.. Can suggest anyone seniors, I want to work in tcs only.. What Can I do Can tell anyone 🤔
I like tata, I like TCS... .I'm telling you, this mentality will sabotage your career in such a way which you may not recover from again. Keep enhancing skills, change company. Don't do it too frequently though, but, never, ever fall in love with your employer brand.
Just call your hr give resign. Or start doing an internship and switch companies. Tcs is not the best for employees. There are many companies who respect their employees skill and talent.
Only 5 lakh people are working in tcs And rest 120 crore people are working outside tcs and they are doing good at their life.
One moto leave tcs and gives a luxurious life to loved ones.
There is nothing to be liked as a company,,since u have already wasted ur starting 2 years,and poor band and poorest hike,better to look outside else it will be tough for u on later stage
