I have 15yrs experience.with tcs and package 17lpa what severence pay would be ?

First and foremost please understand that severance pay is not being offered for everyone. If someone is in the layoff list (please note that I not using the regular term ‘fluidity’ here, as its mixed up a lot in meaning) then its YoE x 2/3 x gross pay + 3 months of gross pay.

15 years and 17 LPA you are super under paid. Please focus on better opportunities and you deserve much better
