Trending @Infosys; I hate WFO - want to resign
I want to resign because of mandatory WFO from MAR 25th. I don’t want to go even for 2 days a week.
Even in notice period also i have to go to office is what I read somewhere here.
How will it impact on my experience letter. I have joined in Jan.
Ps:I know about the wfo policies. I thought I would give it a try . Now I don’t like it.
I’m a lateral entry.

service based company already pay low salaries to employees at least they can give complete WFH so people can save in rent

I understand your frustration with the mandatory WFO policy, especially since remote work can be more convenient for many. However, before making a decision to resign, consider discussing your concerns with HR or your manager. They might offer flexibility or alternative arrangements.
If you do decide to resign, ensure you serve your notice period professionally - it will help secure a positive experience letter and maintain good relationships for future opportunities.
Sometimes, adapting to new policies can lead to unexpected growth, but ultimately, prioritize what works best for you!

Don't get panic Wait for 25 march then decide but if you have already offer then resign

Don’t come ‘n. What will happen at max you will lose some leaves and some pay if they do t approve your exceptions !! But if you have made a decision that your a privileged enough to not to come to office and even ok to resign for this reason then why worry some leaves and pay anyway after 3 months your are free to do what you want

I don’t want to waste my working days salary goes waste to unpaid if i work from home. And if they release me if I don’t comply to their policies they can release me instantly. I don’t want to serve 90 days NP

You should resign if coming 2 days a week is that a big pain. Please so note that most of companies are back to it.Be mindful of it

Now every where same what will u do after resignation
