I hate, hate giving interviews or is it just because of the way I think,I do not know.
I have skipped a few interviews because of how bad I feel after giving one.
I hate being disappointed.I was too tired to feel sad, insignificant and be realised of my shortcomings if not disadvantages of the perception of me that I feel again and again after the end of every interview.
I wasn't mentally prepared. It's like my mind uses it to reiterate this image ,this alien image people have of me. I just didn't have it in me in the cold morning to go there spend a chunk of money as travel expenses and give my mind fuel to torture me again at the end of those dumb interviews.

What I have learnt in my life that interviews are never about you. I don’t think anyone can decide to take me in 30 min.chat.
It is a matter of chance if they have any urgency, if I am the only resource they can get, whether my salary expectations are low, they are just taking an advantage. Like, somebody with good offer does the same to company.
Interviews are making you feel bad because you think that you are. But trust in yourself & try to do guided meditations regularly & accept it is what it is.
We think about ourselves a lot but other people don’t. At the end of the day, a job doesn’t describe you.
You are more than an interview or a job.
Take a stroll & write 5 good things in your life.
Do small positive excercise daily. You will see how amazing you are .

I love giving interviews. I find comfort in knowing that I will never see the interviewer again if I did bad. For shortcomings, make a list of it and use it as areas of improvement. Try seeing a therapist because it looks like you might have low self confidence. All the best!

It is what it is. They want to test you and you want salary and life in return. Without pain there is no gain.

Does it not hurt when life kicks balls and you feel like a failure,I do not know how to calm my mind and don't have the strength sometimes

Borrowing from an old comment I'd made on GV:
I'm 8YoE into work life, have gotten into 3 roles that were fairly competitive and generally do well in interviews.
You will never succeed if you fear interviews. Personally, I kind of enjoy them.
You need to:
Prepare really well - there's no need to be anxious at this stage. So prepare super well. Approach interviews not like a test (which many Indians do). It's not a test. It's mutual exploration.
Sure the opposite side has greater power often, but you need to feel that you do too. Both of you can reject the other if the other person likes the other. So, it's a way to figure if the role is right. I always think this way - if I get rejected, it wasn't for me anyway. Cuz I prepare well.
Most people get rejected from interviews - there is no shame in it. I've been rejected from the same company twice and then accepted the 3rd time.
These things are random. Your career is important. Approach interviews as a favour to the opposite side :p

Yes its tough.. but if you need better salary, have to do it
