I had the best HR interaction of the day 💛

I told my HR I am going to resign (the organization which I just joined a week ago). Honestly, she told me entire story of how something similar had happened to her. We spoke for 1 hour. She is the sweetest and the kindest human being.

She shared her reports with me to motivate me that things will goo better.

She did not tried to convince me even once after listening to problem. She just said to resign tomorrow. After few minutes of call I messaged her again. She sent back the steps to put resignation.

After taking to her, and feeling all that kindness I really wanted to send her flowers, chocolates and what not. Due to obvious reasons I did not do that but just told her to remember me whenever I can be of help to her.

Before joining I had to follow up with her many times for things to go forward. But today all of my perspective towards her had changed. She is the most pleasant, kind and sweet human being.

Wishing her all the best in all parts of her life.

Then we chatted for 5 more minutes, where I thanked her and she said many beautiful things.
