Trending @Infosys; I had selected for H1B and they had filed the petition. Is the 100k fee applicable for this cycle also? They will proceed or withdraw?
Infosys will proceed as normal. If you read the notification on the USCIS, it clearly stated that the new fee is not applicable to this year petitions.
