By result you mean pass fail or distinction or the compensation
Even i had my pp1 evaluation last week and hr informally gave my result 1 hour after the interview was done .official result may take some time but that will be in this quarter only Compensation will come in next quarter.

Results for any PP evaluation comes in the next quarter. So in your case, the result should be in April. If you clear with distinction then compensation by May end Also, April - May is the usual appraisal month which might delay
