Trending @Infosys; I guys just put on PIP ..what is the next step ? is that the next day they can be removed from the company? Is that any negative comment ?

Is there anything they can mention in the Reliving letter ? Is there any notice period in the pip ? If I will regin today if they will release me next day if I am on pip ?
