Trending @Cognizant; I got warning mails for not getting projrct and will ask me to resign in a week cause of unavailability of projects, in this case will i get paid 5 month salary as few people got paid while getting terminated ?

I have been on bench from last 52 days, I literally tried my best to get assign to project, I opened up to even ant skill and job role but still didn't got allocated to any project. They keep sending me warning mails after 35 days of bench period and now after 58 days they might ask me to resign as they have done with other benched people with over 58 days of aging but theu got paid 5 month salary. Is this sure that if they terminate me, they will pay me 5 month salary too ?
