Trending @Cognizant; I got warning email from HR for not reporting in office. Finally, today went to office. I have a query that it there any minimum hours required to be in office?

For people in bench, we have to stay minimum 9 hours

First thing they are asking to come office, then,i dont know why the employees are not coming to office. They send first advisory mail, then warning mail last who will not reporting to office,as per their policy then they send Show cause notice , that time this employee who is not coming to office is worried about his/her job and asking everyone that , should they ask for another non expected things , if you are the employee means you have to follow their policies. Right, coming to your question , if you got warning means you have to be in office for 8 hrs and the days they asked to you , and if you got show cause and you are in bench then you have to be in office for 5 days and 8hrs ..only 2 -3 hrs top-ups should be aproved
