Trending @Accenture; I got variable pay around 2.5 Lac on offer letter how much I can expect yearly out of this amount? And quarterly basis or monthly basis

Variable pay is a big scam in accenture. You will get around 80k to 100k in entire year. 40k to 50k in each 6 month cycle.

Above amount can reduce significantly if you are not tagged to project or your performance is not good.

Don't expect to much

My variable pay is 8 lac per annum but in first 6 months I got 28k how much I can expect in next 6month cycle.
