Trending @Infosys; I got under performance rating in my current appraisal and my designation is JL5

I was in pip and I was not able to complete one certification. But manager saved me from that. But after that whatever work I do I got the scoldings and they made me to work for 12 to 13 hours per day and Saturday as well. So I went to depression and quit Infosys without offer. Now I am having 3 offers in my hand.

hr can force managers to initiate pip but can’t force them to fail PIP.

What will be next for me, this rating given by my previous manager now I have aligned to new project and new manger so I am worried what will happen to me
