The rejection wasn't the hard part—it was the chaos. I had a messy spreadsheet, 50 versions of my resume, and I kept forgetting who I applied to. I realized that most "Resume Builders" are just templates, and most "Trackers" are just spreadsheets. None of them actually helped me manage the pipeline. So I built Leepo (leepo.ai). We are supposed to track applications? I just apply and forget. If the recruiter reaches out then I just note that down on notepad to track it otherwise why do I care about tracking every single application. Sounds like overkill
You r not tracking , u r optimising your application before applying plus ,its a simple one click parse you just paste a job link and upload resume (optional if u want some optimisation) and application is tracked and one can archive it or it gets faded of no change in status detected symbolising you have been ghosted
I get what you're saying. But some people like to keep track of the role , the company, the result and how long they waited. This might help them to know when to apply next , what mistakes they did probably, improve resume , stuff like that
bhai, this seems good. the fact that it tailors your cv to the job description is a gr8 feature in itself (as opposed to me manually pasting both my cv n the jd in chatgpt). does it also take the LinkedIn job links?

aah ok. tbh more than the Ghosting/ application ageing , I see value in the Auto formatting of CV to match the JD feature. would also be cool if as next step you can add a %match score i.e. how fit is my profile for the existing JD( will never be sure shot logic due to vague fancy terms in most JDs and CVs these days , but might be a cool feature).
