I got the promotion as TL and got a hike up to 1L. Currently 9.26 LPA. I have 7 years of experience. But I resigned for 13lpa. How much should I need to have an offer for 7lpa for .net developer. I need some advice.

7 years of exp should have at least 20-22 lpa fixed. Go for higher.

That shouldn't matter as inflation is the same across all tiers

Go for higher at least > 15 lpa(Base or Fixed + Joining Bonus also).Also how did you manage 90 days notice period when applying outside? Usually recruiters turn away on hearing 90 days np
