I got selected in Infosys for selenium-java automation tester profile but hr rejected me saying that I don't have pf statement for 9 month experience period currently I have 2 years relavant experience but out of 9 month is as intern, but there is one more thing I have 16 month another experience with another organization also for which i have pf statements I have mailed hr to consider this experience in overall experience is there any possibility that hr will consider my application it is very disheartening to get rejected in hr round after clearing technical
where is that 16months coming from if you have 2years of experience?
before switching to IT sector I worked in pharma industry for 3 years out of which 16 month i am having pf statement proof
It doesnt matter it is pharma or sales. You should have the PF. What is mentioned about your designation in pharma experience letter?
You should not mention intern experience. It does not count, only put the experience where you have PF. They wont reply once the BG is rejected. You can connect directly with some friend in HR and try to get BGV done with PF only experience. Good luck! And there are many other companies waiting for you!! You can join Infosys later too!
