I got selected in hcl and they asked me to send the documents for hr discussion,it's been 3 weeks, usually how many days will hcl takes?
It will take at least 2months
I got the congratulations mail and just 2 days back I called them
They are saying postion hold
Will they come back or I need to lose hope
I also got congratulations mail 2 days back, post completing 2 round and 1 discussion with HR on salary. They negotiating on salary and mail received. No future update as of now. Should i wait
My best suggestion is don't join and destroy your life with your hands. HCL play tactics to kill yourself. Hcl is the best no.1 worst company.
They took 5 months in my case
Dude don't join HCL useless company. You will receive a compensation letter after 1 year of appraisal. That too 1% or less than 5% hike will be there. 2 years you have to spend here for 1 compensation letter.
It will take atleast one month
