I got selected for SDE role at Cisco. I have 2.8 yoe , what base i can expect from Cisco. And joining Cisco is a good decision ????

How did you get in? What's the technology stack? How was the interview process? what made your resume pop? I'm looking out too.

18-24 as base (expect lower end with 3yoe), JB and stocks vested over 3 years

Pretty good work life balance and culture in Cisco from what I've heard. Same goes for perks as well.
