I got selected at Japan Delivery Centre unit. What are my chances of an onsite ?

Does anyone know about this unit ? Any details about this unit appreciated. Should I reject it ? What about working hours ?

Japanese work very hard, and expect to work from early morning till 3-4 in the evening. Some of my friends are working with them and their seniors with 1.5-2 yrs of experience are working at onsite
