I got rolled off from the project by client but still showing on the project. I asked my PMO and manager regarding it and they told me that they have shared my availability internally and once there is open requirement you will get a call. It’s been a month but still waiting for call. They have not shared any charge code and i am using central training participant for now. So should i wait or ask them to put me on bench?
You are on IG holding, not in ROv or bench. iG holding can span from 15 days to 1 mon

Hi buddy the same is happening with me. I found myself in a situation where I am currently Serving Notice Period and And my current project is over still the team has kept me locked in the same project and not moving me out to the bench. Manager says there are some. policies that need to be followed before transferring the resources to the bench and it's not easy he is not even explaining the policy clearly what is it. He is instead trying to force me to take leaves and finish my remaining notice period days. I don't want to utilise my earned leaves because it will be encashed to me. Sick /casual leaves I have already utilised.
