Be in a project and complete 30 days and then move to the bench so that you will have an additional 45days time to look for internal jobs...also ask your manager and pmo to broadcast your reference to other projects so that they will reach you...create one pager and keep handy

The same thing happened with me just ask your Idiot manager to give your Name into IJP lists, so that other projects will reach out to you.
