I got released from the project without any reason and getting calls from other accounts...is this happening with everyone...I'm a SAP guy

For Margin Improvement. This is happening across the board. If the work you are doing can be done by someone else (i.e increase in workload) or can be done by fresher by some training they are releasing. Target is people with higher salary than std market rate of designation.

What is your grade?

Depends on the grade.. is it a sudden release then it maybe allocation issue?

What did your manager say?
