I got promoted to It Analyst, but increment of 1Lpa only

Is this expected? My previous salary was 9.95 Lpa with C1 Digital. Now C2 with 11 Lpa. I thought I will get at least 2 LPA increment

First of all congratulations on your promotion. Need to understand if Elevate Wings incentive is still there as a separate component or is it merged into other components? Also how much percentage of CTC is for basic? Please enlighten it.

It will come as personal allowance in BOB bucket. So no separate column in your salary for elevate incentive after promotion

Atleast you got C2 and digital incentive is now permanent, many of associates still waiting to get C2 promotion with more than 5 yr experience. Just chill
