Trending @Wipro; I got PIP by manager just for asking project release and it wasn't known to me. I now have a question how secure we are working in a company where there is no value for person. My salary increment was zero and I got to know it recently.

I have also got like 15 days time from my competency team my friends are saying it's like pip can u please tell should we get proper mail about pip or we will just know as after getting 10 or 15 days of time from managers !!?

The manager has to speak 1 to 1 first then e-mail for non performance needs to be shared and lastly PIP this is the process so contest it if you have relevant documents to support your performance

You can challenge PIP, Manager should have proof like warning emails sent to you over a period of time or any client escalation against you
