I got offer twice from tcs and didn't join. For the third time I cleared first round, will they proceed ?

I got 1st tcs offer in the 2020, I didn't join because I got a better package. Again I got an offer in the year 2023 and didn't join because I got a better opportunity within the organisation. Now in 2025, I cleared first round, next step they said they need corporate approval for proceeding. Will they proceed or blacklist me ?

Do the same bro

Attend interview 🔁get offer🔁 reject offer🔁 Repeat

Yes. And I would advice to keep going ahead, clear all rounds, get the offer from them, and then again don’t join😄🤣

I would suggest do not join TCS . you will feel trapped with not much growth opportunities.

I had rejected their offer back in 2022 and my BGV had started. Now they don’t let me modify in iBegin or apply anything on their site. Know any workaround?

Don't know any workaround, if you try giving another email and go through interview and get selected. Upon review they will say that you are a nonjoiner and would need corporate approval for further round. Once they get approval they will delete one of your profile and ask you to start fresh.

TCS blacklist policy

Hi guys. I was working with TCS in 2017 (I worked there for 3 years). Then, during COVID, I left to work in my family business. I served my notice and everything. Now, I want to get back into the corporate world. Would TCS take me back, ...

How blacklisting happens

Do companies blacklist you if you accept the offer and reject it later to join another company ? By blacklist I mean you can’t join the said company ever
