I got offer from Accenture but something wired where HR didn’t called me for any negotiations but straight put and offer which I don’t like.

I got offer from Accenture but something wired where HR didn’t called me for any negotiations but straight put and offer which I don’t like. Now I have 7 days to accept or reject or might be auto rejected but the offer is not that good and location is wrong. Not sure if I should keep it without accepting or rejecting it?
