Trending @Wipro; I got non compliance mail for 2nd time. Can anyone suggest what will be the next steps after this?i did not join ofc in jan for health.

Don't take it light. They are notifying the client as well that you are in danger of non compliance of wipro policies

You will have to apply temporary wfh request for Jan, otherwise leave would get deducted

Start reporting to the office immediately. For Feb month try to apply Wfh and get it approved

Better contact your HR and raise incident on GPO for clarification as well. And try to join office immediate. Or else apply for WFH as per self care or care giving policy.
