Trending @Accenture; I got no bonus and no increment after spending 1 and half year at Accenture. What could be the reason of zero variable pay/ bonus.

Same here, completed 1.5 years got no hike, but did get variable. What was ur rating, i got Dustinct achiever so got ok variable but no hime

I think already you are at high base pay

Same to everyone in the Accenture. Simple logic they followed . They reduced the half of last year VP and hike is min 3% and 6% max. Wonder thing is last year is so good, why because amount wise we got good amount as compare to current hikes and bonus .

Ppl with less than 2 years are all getting vp only ..no fixed pay hikes

Me too 2 year happened to me to join here at LV10 no hike in base pay even VP also low
