Trending @Capgemini; I got negligible hike.

I got <2 hike, I'm A5 and I joined 2.5 years ago. I worked a lot, even on weekends and on different shifts. I even did certifications to make sure everything looks good. This makes no sense, seems like quitting is the only good option here.

Iam B1 and getting 10-15% Hikes for last 2.5 years( Joined CG as a fresher right out of college in 2022 end). I might be lucky with the N+1s and Managers is what i think could be the reason for the same.
