Trending @Capgemini; I got last promoted in October 2023. When am I eligible for next promotion?

I joined in oct but i got appraisal from next april month🤨

Depends on your current grade
If you got promoted to say A4 to A5 then with good ratings you might get promoted to B1 next year but if you are in B grade forget about promotion for this year atlesst

If fresher, then after 18 months. If not next October.
