Trending @Accenture; I got last hike on last December 2024 and no hike on June so will there be any hike on 2025 dec ?

I have 4.2 yrs of experience and my base pay is 5.6 LPA . 2 months back I got into new project ? Chances of good hike as per market standard

First of all it's not a rule to get compulsory hike in Mid cycle, so you cannot hope for that.
