I got IPF of 4.59 in my Project End 1 Appraisal in the ongoing financial year. I am really perplexed what will happen next ?

Do not worry as you C1 no one fire you . Think about saving job this year . Appraisal bhool jao is saal

nothing will happen , no hikes no promotions only terminations for this and upcoming years.
