Trending @Cognizant; I got into project or not ?

I was on bench from 24th Sept 2024. On 30th Sept I got a mail from talent market place about project status. Nothing was mentioned clearly and it was written to check iAspire portal and in that it states details about a project and I will be on project from 24th October and that will be billable. What does this mean? Will be in project?
