Trending @Capgemini; I got increment 3000rs this month without promotion letter.
In January i got default promotion and promoted to senior software engineer after 2.4yrs first increment but in-hand salary increased only 900rs and this month i got increment of around 3000rs inhand without any promotion letter. I checked salary slip in that House rent allowance was increased by 2500rs something and Remote working allowance was 680rs something. But there is no ctc revised mail or pdf or ctc updated is not showing anywhere its still showing 4.35lpa Can anyone explain what actually happened and where i can check updated ctc
You must have updated your regime or added tax declaration this month, this might be the reason you received additional pay for these catogories
