Trending @Cognizant; I got hattrick at 3 star rating

My sr. manager said "you should involve more in project" but they only put one member of the team in discussions with clients about the new requirements and we usually have to depend on that guy to give us info about the requirements. I asked the manager to put me in those meetings and his response "I don't want to crowd client meetings." But still demands i should be more involve and take ownership of project. I have been in this project for like 3 years now. P.S. The guy and me are on same designation.
