I got FTE Offer from Morgan Stanley, need advice
Currently my pay is 42.64lpa including 10% variable I recently got 1 T20 Rating in performance cycle. Considering 8% hike I would end up at 46.05 lpa.
Can I ask 45% hike on 41.86 fixed base(based on new hike) which would be 60.70 fixed. My experience is 8yr 7months.
Am I expecting too much or what should be my strategy , can you let me know

Doesn't hurt to ask. Hikes here are generally low. Would be happier if you had a good fixed pay.
