I got first salary today after promotion as C3A and found Salary has been reduced compared to last quarter salary as C2 ? Is it for all?

Same situation for me. All those arguments with my manager to get promoted feels wasted. What a pathetic management!

I think C3A people get QVA based on the unit performance, that can be a reason for overall salary being less, but I wonder how much was your hike if only the variable pay can bring down your overall salary.

Till C2 u will received full VA

Why C3B & C3A employees are not understanding that this is silent firing by tcs for them as these Band were formalized during Covid period in TCS and now covid is over so you are also over in TCS....don't stay here if you have lots off family responsibilities on your shoulders....Believe in yourself and you will get much better offer in other companies l.

I also enjoyed to get promoted C3A in January but after QVA and medical claimed reduction I realised that waste of promtion. Purely waste.
