Trending @HCL; I got Exceptional performance rating for thr last quarter. Joined hcl by 31st jan. Will I get any revised pay for this in upcoming month?

Where to check that GP/EP/DP rating?? Or we are just conclude that by numbers like 8.5 or 9 or 9.5 ??

This is HCL. You won't get any revised payment for next one year

For first year appraisal happened after 3 months of 1 work annivarsary.

I think we'll get just the performance bonus which is the variable pay. The revised ctc if it happens will be between October to December when compensation letter releases.
