
I got 'D' Band in tcs due to internal politics, after I discussed with my reviewer and manager they are sent my Band change request to IOU head and I Disagreed my band in speed.Today I am seeing status was rejected in speed.
I got 'D' Band in tcs due to internal politics, after I discussed with my reviewer and manager they are sent my Band change request to IOU head and I Disagreed my band in speed.Already 2months completed and They told me they are approved from their side but Today I am seeing status was rejected in speed, I informed to Manager regarding this. They are telling they will check with IOU Head. Is there any possible chances to change my Band? If not change what I have to do?, Can I rasie employee concern in ultimatix? Now I am not there in that project.Please give me suggestions.

As everyone says don't expect change to band once given. Don't expect any justice on your end to be heard when you raise a grievance in system. They are all by process and systematically favoured towards the agenda (budget/decisions/willingness/policies) of the higher ups. Obviously your salary would have taken a 15to 20% hit. So unless you are not able to get a new job outside there is no reason why you should stick to tcs. BTW I am from senior management and I don't have any regrets of telling this honestly.

No on the same day I resigned .. within 90days i will get it now issue i trust my talent n not boot licking skills.
THUMB RULE IN TCS:
Any Band Rejections by Associates will not be changed at all in TCS.
Ask them Release and get out of that Project immediately. Don't do any work even a full stop untill they give Release. They don't want you, so better go out immediately

You've nothing to do. Ask them to release immediately, and get a project where you have to showcase your skills and get a B/A band next year.

Management doesn't even care about employees, We Just do their work and they will have profit.
CEO will play in crores because of the revenue which is generated because of us
After all ground level work when it comes for appraisal, salary stays there only from where it was started.
Justification by unit head or management or manager is that your work is not up to mark.
Horrible people
Even a samosa and tea stall guy earns more than me in a month.
