I got D band and salary is decreased , anyone has any idea when it will be revised

Lets say your ctc was 5 and now its 4.5. Next year u get A band 8% hike then your cts will be 4.85 which is less then 5. Now upto you decide whats best for you.

No that's wrong if your band is improved your ctc will be back to 5 but the hike part is not yet confirmed mine is revised the same

Enough with the riddles. Let me make this easy for you, if you get another D next year you will be fired, but if u get A B or C next year your CTC will be restored. I do not have any info about the hike part for next year. It will become clear this year when hike gets rolled out for everyone.

For D band, they will remove only performance bonus component. They are not touching basic pay. So next year if you get C band, your old CTC restored.
