Why u got decrement??

Mixed reasons as HR BP says irrespective of rating, you will be getting D band if you didnt report to office at all, and account team says Ingotnbad rating pfpf 3.6 which is below 50% pf performers and thus not going to revert D band as I raised disagreement of D band, nothing worked.
You are manager level guy and they decrease your salary?

What ever role, I don't care, Inwantnanswe if you don't know answer its okay. But atleast any guesses instead ofbasking unrelated question, again we deserve TCS we are cursed.

Oh I found out lately, corporate they pay in different category like special allowance, perfomance bonus and variable pay... Which can be reduced or removed from your salary based on so called performace, market, ramp down, unit not doing well.... Just dee focus will be on quater to quater increment.
