@AromaticPicnic if someone resign after getting appraisal letter then which month Salary will go on hold and will the Salary will be as per new appraisal letter?
i guess id you are putting resignation after 22nd thn december salary you will receive but jan, feb and mar salary you will receive as settlement.
Don’t put now, otherwise current month salary with arrears will be put on hold as per exit policy (here they hold first applicable salry post resignation instead of last). It will be paid as f&f. Instead do it after receiving current month salary. Please be aware of exit policies before taking actions.
