why pip if it is commendable? coming back from ml isnt a valid case for pip as far as i know.

Performance improvement plan. Its a program where you are assigned to some certifications and courses related to your work to complete in a 3 mnth/ 6 mnth tenure. Based on that completion you will be continuing in your work. If failed to complete the assigned courses in that period , they will get terminated.
