I got "C" band today.

I joined tcs as a fresher and completed my 1 year this March and this is my 1st band. What is the purpose of working hard if they are going to give c for a fresher who joined tcs and has joined the project right after training and been in this project for less than 1 year. I did all the work assigned to me and didn't say no to any work.
