Trending @HCL; I got around 20k hike only from 4.8 to 5lpa (E1 band) though I'm most valuable and productive member in my project team, suggest what to do?

I completed 3 years and still in E1 band with hike 3.8 to 4.2. Because of some family problems, i am still working here😔, can’t switch

@Everyone let me tell you a couple of things about ratings, increase etc work in hcl , rating is all you can have to get increase, second thing rating didn't rely on your scores that 7 8 or 9 stuff is just a piece of garbage you can get dp in even 7,and get gp in 10 like me, third thing is your project budget if your project is wealthy enough you get everything from rising tables to client machine,if your project is poor like me ,you do development in crashing machine and your client laptops stutter shut off when he is running just excel and telling you requirements,So guys now you have all the knowledge how hikes etc work,have a nice day and yes I'm a techbee and have a better knowledge and acceptance of these things,if you want to complain leave there is no point arguing and stuff.
