I got an offer in product based company 25 LPA

I got an offer and they have budget upto 25 lpa but they are saying as per your experience 4 yrs and current ctc 8 lpa we can’t go beyond 14 lpa how can i convince them to give me at least 18 lpa. Location is Bangalore i need to relocate as well.
