Trending @Accenture; I got an offer in LTIM with a 32 percent hike, staying in Accenture is good if we are considering job security as a high priority or LTIM?

Situation is even worst in LTIM , they have been getting like 1-2 % hike since the merger , less number of projects and weird leave policies

If you are skilled,I will suggest at any cost dont get retained here. Job security is same across product based organisations.

Hike percentage may vary slightly
