I got an offer from Infosys 45% hike with 15% variable, but tcs is processing to match 42% hike with 12% variable, go Infy or stay in tcs?

Don't be stupid. TCS might match the offer. Then next year put you in the fluidity list due to high salary :)

Infy has wfh, ethical work culture, variable is mostly given no mandatory D band type rating policu to reduce salary. If this is not fake, the answer is Infosys

Negotiate for a bit more from TCS, take everything in written over mail. Once everything is set, stay for 6 months and start looking for a new job for an additional hike of 30-40%.

Don't be foolish with the matching offer, just leave and explore the new opportunity

Infy is much better overall if compensation is same and location is not a constraint

I am Ex-Infoscian, Infosys is the best place to work when compared to TCS, you should switch to Infosys

Take tcs offer and look for other offers to move at bigger package. Both giving trouble to employees in respect of hikes and growth

Being ex-infoscian I will suggest you to join Infosys. Great work culture at least far better than tcs in every condition.
