I got an offer from Deloitte for consultant role
I recently got an offer from Deloitte for consultant role in java microservices. I have total work experience of 3.5 years .when they asked me about expected compensation I told like 15 LPA so they gave me 15 as fixed and 1.5 lack as variable without any questions or hesitation now I feel like I left some money on the table is there any chance I can ask for more ?
First of all congratulations on grabbing the offer from Deloitte.
I won't recommend to ask now as they have already mentioned that they are ready to give u whatever u are asking. If u say now that u want more then they will see u as greedy.
If I am getting any offer which is higher than Deloitte can i ask them to consider cause I really want to join Deloitte only ?

I recently gave an interview in deloitee usi for Java microservices consultant role last week Friday. Till now there is no update like standard rejection mail or any proceedings of the next round. And even there is no reply for calls. And asked my friend to check in his portal as he referred me , still it's showing as an interview in progress. Any mail id that you have that I can ask for any update to them
